1. Longer reliability fatigue life: Reaching max output torque of 55000Nm and reliability lifetime increased by 40%.
2. Higher loading capacity: Housing with unequal wall thickness, add reinforcement ribs on radius area, use box section structure for spring saddle area.
3. Higher gear fatigue life: Using one-piece crown gear with higher supporting stiffness.
4. More simplified assembly process: Using one-piece design of carrier to reduce components quantity.
5. Better heat radiation function: Adding 17 heat-radiation ribs dispersed from outside of carrier, enlarging heat-radiation area of carrier.
6. Improved torque-transmission capability: Updating differential bearing support structure and increasing crown gear supporting stiffness to improve the torque-transmission ability by more than 10%.
